Horny Goat Weed (Epimedium grandiflorum, Epimedium sagittatum) is an all-natural phyto- aphrodisiac with a long history as a sex enhancer. Many cultures report that horny goat weed supports libido, erectile function, and helps to relieve menopausal discomfort. For this reason, Horny Goat Weed is used in many sexual enhancing natural Viagraź alternative supplements. Horny Goat Weed can be use by men and women.

Centuries ago Chinese goat farmers noticed that both their older goats experienced sexual rejuvenation after eating the Epimedium plant, hence the name "Horny Goat Weed".

Epimedium contains a compound known as lcariin that allegedly helps to stimulate the nerves throughout the body, particularly in the genitals. Supposedly desire is also increased along with erectile function, and testosterone levels from an androgen-like influence on the testes, prostate and sexual muscles.
